The Buffalo Bulldogs M.C. (Men’s Club) is a fraternal, non-profit social club for gay men ages 21+ who enjoy the look, feel, smell and mystique of leather and/or the leather kink lifestyle, that also promotes the camaraderie and brotherhood of those who are of similar mind.
Founded in 1999, The Buffalo Bulldogs M.C. has held a long-standing tradition of fostering kink education and history, as well as providing charitable offerings that support Buffalo’s and the greater WNY’s LGBTQ+ communities. The Bulldogs provide community building workshops and hosted bar nights throughout the year, which helps aid in their fundraising efforts to support a variety of meaningful causes locally.
The club aims to carry on the traditions iconic of historic leather clubs, while also looking to the future and embracing younger generations into the fold. The Buffalo Bulldogs partner with numerous organizations throughout the region, including the Buffalo Bears, the Imperial Court of Buffalo, Jones Pond Campground, Buffalo Pride, BUF-PAH, and Embrace WNY. In addition, the group occasionally travels throughout the Northeast U.S. and Ontario to participate in events that promote and bring visibility towards various kink and leather communities. The Buffalo Bulldogs are also the host club for the Jones Pond Campground’s Leather Weekend every year, featuring the Mr. Jones Pond Leather Contest as well as BDSM/kink educational demonstrations and classes held by the club members.
